Extract of the general conditions of holiday packages
In the interests of a good relation with our customers, we ask you to take notice
of our travelconditions, which you accept as binded by your reservation.
- Concluding the travelagreement: the travelagreement must be concluded written (by letter, fax or email). Agreements, extra agreements and special wishes, which are made, must be placed in written;
- Payment of the travelamount: After receiving the confi rmation of the journey, a deposit of at least € 130.- per person must be paid. The rest of the amount has to be paid at the day of arrival at the location;
- Our performances: The extent of our contractual performances are according with the prescription of our performances (brochure/catalogue etc.) just as the documents of your journey(reservation or travelconfi rmation);
- Costs of cancellation: Cancelling the travel 21 days before the planned day of arrival, the cost of cancellation is Euro 30. Cancelling the journey later, the deposit is at our favour.
